Industry Commitment The ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship Selection Panel will seek a formal Written Commitment from the respective employers in the Industry, for their employee enrolled in the Scholarship Program i. Commit - One Day towards training - For this Day Release Training Program, this will be addition to the weekly day o . ii. Provide - Basic conveyance allowance to the candidate for the duration of the program. iii.
