ICCA Dubai commits more than AED 1 million each year to identify and train talented and deserving, but financially underprivileged, young chefs from the UAE. Further, many organisations and establishments from the industry have expressed interest in supporting even more Scholars to benefit from the Continuing Education Award. In the past, with the help of benevolent sponsors such as the US Cheese Guild, Nestlé Professional, American Garden, and Alliance Abroad Australia, additional students have been added to each batch, and the curriculum has been expanded - initially, only the Cooking course was offered, but now our Baking and Patisserie course has been added as well.
