ICCA Dubai Continuing Education Award: Giving back to the Community! Support the initative... ICCA Dubai commits more than AED 1 million each year to identify and train talented and deserving, but financially underprivileged, young chefs from the UAE. Further, many organisations and establishments from the industry have expressed interest in supporting even more Scholars to benefit from the Continuing Education Award. In the past, with the help of benevolent sponsors such as the US Cheese Guild, Nestlé Professional, American Garden, and Alliance Abroad Australia, additional students have been added to each batch, and the curriculum has been expanded - initially, only the Cooking course was offered, but now our Baking and Patisserie course has been added as well. We encourage you to contribute to this noble cause, as we would be happy to have you on board as proud supporters of the initiative. This way, you too can be a part of this program and make a difference by giving back to our community and helping talented and deserving candidates achieve their dreams.
