In case of deferment, course completion can only be upon availability of the seat within the next Day Release Batch. All classes must be completed within the given period. 3.3 Standard Operating Procedures, Class Schedules, Code of Conduct & Rights: 3.3.1 Students are requested to read the Diploma Program - Procedures & Policies, available in the website / provided upon request at the time of enrollment. 3.3.2 Kindly adhere to the class time schedules. 3.3.3 A minimum attendance of 80% is mandatory and attendance is marked for all class sessions. 3.3.4 It is important that a student or students of a group do not disturb the other classes around in any manner. 3.3.5 Students are requested to assist with post class clean up& wash up. 3.4 Compliance, Termination & Rights: 3.4.1 Students must diligently attend the course program, complete all course assessments. 3.4.2 ICCA Dubai reserves the right to expel a student for a serious breach of discipline. 3.4.3 As part of continuous development and quality delivery, ICCA Dubai reserves all rights to amend the course content, schedules and procedures & policies. 3.5 Grievance Resolution: 3.5.1 ICCA Dubai has policies and procedures in place for the hearing of student difficulties and grievances. 3.6 Additional Details: 3.6.1 Additional details with regards to course enrollment, course program etc. are as further described in the Certificate of Enrolment in the ICCA Dubai Scholarship program.
