ICCA Dubai Continuing Education Award: Giving back to the Community! Support the initative... ICCA Dubai commits more than AED 1 million each year to identify and train talented and deserving, but financially underprivileged, young chefs from the UAE. Further, many organisations and establishments from the industry have expressed interest in sponsoring even more Scholars to benefit from the Continuing Education Award. In the past, with the help of sponsors such as the US Cheese Guild, US Poultry & Egg Export Council, and Nestlé Professional, additional students have been added to each batch, and the curriculum has been expanded - initially, only the Cooking course was offered, but now our Baking and Patisserie course has been added as well.
