ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship Selection Panel: A selection panel constituting of the following members will oversee the selection and execution of the ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship Program - Chef Andy Cuthbert, Chairman, Emirates Culinary Guild Chairman, Young Chefs World Chefs Chef Uwe Micheel, President, Emirates Culinary Guild Mr Sunjeh Raja, Director & CEO, ICCA Dubai Ms Shanaaz Raja, Director of Courses, ICCA Dubai b. Industry Commitment The ICCA Dubai Culinary Scholarship Selection Panel will seek a formal Written Commitment from the respective employers in the Industry, for their employee enrolled in the Scholarship Program i. Commit - One Day towards training - For this Day Release Training Program, this will be addition to the weekly day off. ii. Provide - Basic conveyance allowance to the candidate for the duration of the program. iii. Ensure - The candidate regularly attends the program and is not granted annual leave during the training period to help complete the program. | Page 11
