ICCA Dubai - IWEP Program The ICCA Dubai - Industry Internship Work Experience Placement (IWEP) Program is an industry integration program specially designed for students wishing to join the industry as Professional Chefs by way of regular employment or as internship leading to work placement. The said IWEP includes all aspects of employability training such as Interview Preparations, Personality Development - all round grooming, & poise, industry attitude & confidence building, Technical Knowledge Reinforcement, and Trade Test practice to help the Student Chefs trained to seamlessly integrate, e ectively deliver and excel in the workplace.
