25 ICCA / DP / V15.0 / 06 / 2021 The classes run 8 hours a day, 6 days a week on a full-time basis, with Morning Shift from 07.00 AM to 03.00 PM and Afternoon Shift 02.00 PM to 10.00 PM, Saturday to Thursday and Friday is the weekly holiday. The student intakes for the full-time program are held every six weeks. Kindly refer to Program Start Dates. The weekend program is on Saturdays and runs in a cycle with admissions for the same being open throughout the year. All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and stewarding support provided for, along with a Standard Recipe Cards for all classes.
