The Scuola Nazionale di Pizza Flagship pizza training for the masters of tomorrow The Scuola Nazionale di Pizza is a subsidiary of the Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API), and was established in 1992 by Master Pizzaiolo (Pizza Maker) Angelo Iezzi, the President of the API. The Scuola delivers best-in-class training that has its grounding in the extensive research and experience of renowned Masters of Pizza, guaranteeing the highest quality and standards. President Iezzi is a ectionately known as the “Godfather of Pizza in a Pan” and recognised as a pioneer of the technique. Having developed a great passion for teaching the art of making pizzas like the professionals do, he has extensively worked on developing his concept further. Eventually, he was elected as the National Chairman of the API.
