Assessment & Certification The students’ competency will be assessed by a Scuola Nazionale di Pizza API Certified Master Instructor through the course, leading to program certification. The final Certificate will be awarded by ICCA Dubai in collaboration with the Scuola Nazionale di Pizza, Italy, and will be recognised by the Associazione Pizzerie Italiane (API). All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and course materials will be provided for the training. The Artisanal Pizza Course will be delivered in forty (40) guided learning hours over five (5) days, from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM each day, covering theory, hands-on practical training and product presentation.
