The Artisanal Bread Program is available in a module of eight (8) classes of three (3) hours duration’ each, held twice a day over four (4) days from 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM. Classes are held on a regular basis and can also be exclusively delivered upon request. All equipment, ingredients, protective gear and stewarding support are provided, along with Standard Recipe Cards for all classes. Class Delivery Registrations are open through the year.
