About Us The International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Established in 2005, ICCA is an internationally renowned world-class culinary learning centre, delivering programs at the Professional, Amateur and Artisanal levels. Set Menu Plan Training A series of hands on do it yourself classes in popular International Cuisine. The ICCA shares its rich culinary training experience to deliver a new way of learning food based on the innovative concept of bringing hands-on training, to e ectively deliver a blended learning experience.
