The ICCA shares its rich culinary training experience to deliver a new way of learning food based on the innovative concept of bringing hands-on training, to e ectively deliver a blended learning experience. Course Delivery Plan Breakfast 1 French Omelette An omelette is a popular and versatile dish made from beaten eggs cooked in a frying pan or skillet. It's often filled with various ingredients such as cheese, vegetables, meats, or herbs. Roasted Potatoes Roasted potatoes are a delicious and simple side dish that's enjoyed by many. Roasted potatoes are a versatile side dish that pairs well with a wide range of main courses. They're great for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner and can be customized to taste with di erent seasonings and herbs. Pain Perdu Pain perdu, which translates to "lost bread" in French, is a classic dish that's also known as French toast.
