In a pan, add the oil and cook the mince until fully browned. Remove the mince from the pan and let it cool in a bowl. 2. In the same pan, sweat the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the spices and cook for an additional 3 minutes over low heat. 3. Add all the ingredients to the bowl with the meat and mix well. 4. Cut the samboosa dough into 8 cm strips and brush with oil. Place a portion of the beef mixture on one end of each strip and fold to form a triangle shape. 5. Preheat the deep fryer to 170 degrees Celsius and deep fry the samboosa for 5-7 minutes, or until golden. Place them on a wire rack or paper towel to drain any excess oil.
