The Advance Course in Dry Mixology and Bartending comprises both theory and hands-on practical sessions, delivered over three (3) days, with sessions running from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM. Frist two and half (2½) days for taining and last half (½) a day for assessment. Course Duration This course costs AED 6,000. All equipment, ingredients and course material will be provided for the training. An additional Couse cost of AED 1,000 will be charged, if prefer to using Alcohol. Course Cost: As part of the final assessment, your skills will be put to the test as you will be asked to Design a Menu, requiring you to be imaginative and come up with a well-balanced Cocktail Zero Menu. The assessment will also require you to think on your feet and demonstrate your engagement skills.
