Cocktail Zero – Dry Mixology ICCA Dubai, in collaboration with Alembic, o ers comprehensive Artisanal Courses in the art of Dry Mixology – Cocktail Zero, Alcohol-Free designer drinks. Designed both for aspiring and accomplished bar professionals as well as serious enthusiasts, these Programs give you a thorough understanding of the intricacies of dry mixology and also provide a deep dive into the intricate craft of bartending. The Foundation Course in Dry Mixology is perfect for anyone who wants to understand the basic skills that go into mixing a delicious Cocktail Zero, as well as exploring di erent elements, ingredients, techniques and more. For professional Bartenders and Mixologists interested in further cementing their knowledge with an in-depth grasp of bar management, customer management and recipe development, ICCA also o ers a Professional Dry Mixology Course. Both Programs are conducted at ICCA Dubai’s award-winning campus, which has a fully equipped professional training dry mixology bar, helmed by renowned award-winning Mixologist Giovanni Depergola. Alembic - Liquid Education Experience Alembic is a Creative Drinks Agency that specialises in the design, development and marketing of quality drinks education and experience in the MENA region. Considered industry leaders in this field, Alembic also provides turnkey solutions for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to set up their own establishment specialising in Designer Drinks. The Foundation Course in Dry Mixology and Bartending (Pilot) comprises both theory and hands-on practical sessions, delivered over four and half (4½) days, with sessions running from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM each day on first four days and last day 09.00 AM to 01.00 PM for assessment. Course Duration This course costs AED 10,000. All equipment, ingredients and course material will be provided for the training. Course Cost: As part of the final assessment, your skills will be put to the test as you will be asked to Design a Menu, requiring you to be imaginative and come up with a well-balanced Cocktail Zero Menu. The assessment will also require you to think on your feet and demonstrate your engagement skills. The assessment will require you to think on your feet and use all of your creative knowledge. The Advance Course in Dry Mixology and Bartending comprises both theory and hands-on practical sessions, delivered over three (3) days, with sessions running from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM. Frist two and half (2½) days for taining and last half (½) a day for assessment. Course Duration This course costs AED 6,000. All equipment, ingredients and course material will be provided for the training. An additional Couse cost of AED 1,000 will be charged, if prefer to using Alcohol. Course Cost: As part of the final assessment, your skills will be put to the test as you will be asked to Design a Menu, requiring you to be imaginative and come up with a well-balanced Cocktail Zero Menu. Booking Confirmation Booking & Confirmation of program activation will be in accordance with agreed terms & conditions, and procedure & process. Booking needs to be confirmed before end May 2023, to help plan the program delivery and allocate resources accordingly. Confirmation of Special Request Comprehensive Performance Report - Can only be shared at end of training, not regular basis, because the training is only 3 days. Photographs - • Taken for evidence, reference and records through the course program will be shared with the concerned parties. • No information or photographs whatsoever will be shared on social media channels. Lunch - Working lunch will be provided on the training days.
