DIB - Team Building - Proposal

Activity Flow (Approx. 3 Hours Total) 1. Welcome & Chef Briefing – Introduction to safety, hygiene, workflow, and menu plan 2. Hands-On Cooking (2 Hours) – Teams prepare assigned menu dishes with chef guidance 3. Judging & Tasting – Teams present taster portions and explain their dish story 4. Awards Ceremony – Winning teams receive ICCA certificates; optional prizes can be given by DIB Bank 5. Bu et Meal – Participants enjoy the meal they prepared together Judging Criteria Teams will be evaluated by ICCA chefs based on the following: • Hygiene & Food Safety • Timing & Workflow E ciency • Taste, Texture & Consistency • Culinary Skills, Plating & Presentation • Teamwork, Communication & Bonding Winning teams will be awarded Certificates of Achievement from ICCA. Additional prizes may be presented by DIB Bank as desired. Why This Activity?
