Competition-Styled, Hands-On Team Cooking Activity Introduction ICCA Dubai is pleased to present a customized Competition Styled Team Building Cooking Activity exclusively designed for the 80 female participants of DIB Bank. The event will be led by ICCA’s experienced female chef instructors, and this programme combines collaborative learning, culinary creativity, and friendly competition in a hands-on environment. Proposed Dates The following dates are recommended based on weekend availability and suitability for team participation: • Day 1 - Friday – January 16, 2026 - 80 Participants • Day 2 - Saturday – January 17, 2026 - 80 Participants • Day 3 - Sunday – January 18, 2026 - 80 Participants (Final date selection can be confirmed based on DIB Bank approvals) Programme Concept Day 1 & Day 2 Participants will be divided into 5 teams of 16 members each, who will be guided through the process of preparing a competition theme based gourmet bu et meal. This highly interactive activity encourages teamwork, coordination, and leadership while allowing participants to explore creative culinary ideas. Day 3 The top 5 teams will be selected from Day 1 & Day 2 together to compete Day 3 with a planned menu.
