A Combi Steamer oven with the features of baking and roasting allows for dishes to be produced and cooked ensuring the utmost flavor is kept throughout the process without drying the food and with minimal time wastage. When using the Steam Bake option the oven must be preheated to ensure proper saturation whereas the Steam Roast function allows for immediate cooking without preheating. Safety Aspects: Combi Steam ovens have integrated door shield systems to allow for easy stop positions, ensuring the door does not hit into the user. The design of the door cavity makes loading and unloading items into the oven easier with minimal risk of injury. How do you take care of it? As with any other larger piece of equipment, it is important to maintain the cleaning of the oven so as not to let dirt and bacteria build up. This would include wiping up any spills in the oven as soon as it has been switched off and cooled down after use and generally giving the doors and inside a good wipe down after each use. Due to the type of mechanisms on the doors, they can withstand a lot more however it is important to still treat them with caution.
